The rubber surfaced and fenced Course Hire (60m x 30m) and Dressage Arena (60m x 20m) can be hired at the Members Rate and discounted Entry Fees for Shows via this website

Third party insurance is required for all horses and we recommend full veterinary cover.

The yard staff reserve the right to call out horse owner's chosen vet in the unfortunate event of their horse becoming ill or injured.

24 hours notice appreciated for yard services and must be written in the yard diary.

All horses kept at the farm must have an up to date vaccination card and passport, to be shown on entry of the horse to the yard, no entry of the horse can be allowed unless these are shown on arrival.

The yard reserves the right to move horses to different stables/fields dependent on circumstances but as much notice as possible will be provided to the owner.   Access must be given by horse owners to the fields and stables for necessary maintenance works but appropriate notice will be provided.

Persons invited or employed by horse owners must be accompanied if they are newcomers or is they are unfamiliar with horses at all times. Horse owners are obliged to take responsibility for their visitors' actions whilst on the yard.   Notice must be given to the yard manager of any unknown visitors entering.

Head protection to current British Safety Standards must always be worn when riding on the farm.

Turn out may not be possible in dangerous weather conditions but hay and water will be checked in this event subject to charges on the Yard Services Price List.

Hay/feed must not be given in the fields.

No horse must be left without a grazing companion next door and horse owners must check with the staff if removing their horse from the field for any reason.

A routine worming programme is practised at the yard, please ask for further details.

Fixtures and fittings belonging to horse owners are not permitted to the stables and facilities including any changes to them.

Children less than 15 years must be accompanied by their parent or guardian (adult) whilst on the farm, and young children must be fully supervised by their parent or guardian.

Only suppliers known to us are permitted to deliver fodder and bedding to the yard, please ask for details.

All persons entering the farm are required to conduct themselves in a considerate and safe manner and abide by the yard rules as stated by the yard manager by written notice.

Clearing up must be carried out after attending to any horse.

When leaving the farm at any time, all the lights must be switched off and gates closed.

No person must touch the farm vehicles or enter designated private areas (details to be checked).

All animals and persons must remain on the designated paths when using the farm tracks.

No vehicle must be parked on the main yard unless unloading/loading, access-ways must not be blocked with vehicles. Horse owners must confirm the parking place for their horse box or trailer and flexibility from horse owners in this regard is required occasionally.   It is recommended that all vehicles are locked and valuables removed.

The farm cannot provide wash down facilities for horse owner's vehicles.

Payment of the basic livery charge must be made by bank standing order on the 1st of the month.   All other charges invoiced in arrears and to be paid by bank payment or cheque (no cash).

Notice of Vacation - The farm's proprietor is obliged to provide the horse owner at least one month's notice to remove their horse and possessions from the farm should they be in breach of these terms and conditions, or for whatever reason may be necessary.

Short term horse owners must inform the yard manager at booking of their length of stay and the full basic payment will be required at that time, all livery charges incurred must be paid up to and including the day of vacation.   

On vacation the stables and storage areas must be left clean of all debris and owner's possessions.   A £25.00 deposit will be taken on booking with regard clearing out of the stable, and returned if the stable is cleared out on the day of vacation. 

Although every care is taken by the farm, the proprietor and his employees will not be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage to any person, horse or their possessions entering or visiting. Horse owners must first satisfy themselves that the facilities, grazing and services provided by the farm are adequate for their purposes.

All advice in respect of animal welfare (including abandonment) is taken by the farm from the RSPCA.

If at any time the yard manager had cause for concern as to the well being of a horse kept at the farm, then urgent contact will be made with that horse's owner (or representative) in order to immediately and mutually resolve the matter. All horse owners at the farm must sign a horse owner's information form which we will ask you to complete before bringing the horse to the farm, the horse owner's signature on this form is their acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
